[Cbc] Cbc compilation pb under visual

Hello,

There is a problem with the compilation of Cbc under visual studio v8:
the files CbcSolver.cpp and CbcSolver.hpp are missing.
If you add these files, you must add the following directories:
- ../../../../Cgl/src/CglResidualCapacity
- ../../../../Cgl/src/CglLandP
