[Cbc] Cbc parallel

Hello,

I look at the website for cbc and found that cbc was supporting a build 
option: --enable-cbc-parallel.
I tryied to compile cbc with this option, but this option is not in the 
main configure script (the one found in Cbc-2.2.1).
This option is in the configure script which is in the Cbc-2.2.1/Cbc 
directory.
My question are:
- how do I pass an option to the configure script in Cbc-2.2.1/Cbc via 
the configure script in Cbc-2.2.1 ?
- does this parallel option uses MPI ?
