[Cbc] Assertion in Cbc, ticket #44 created with mps file that reproduces crash

Esben,

In your ticket you say you used a build from 2008-02-08.

You may have been very unlucky.  A change at 13:45EST on that day created a
problem similar to the one described.  The fix was put in at 12:18 the next
day.

I can not duplicate the bug with current trunk.:

Hi,

I have create https://projects.coin-or.org/Cbc/ticket/44 , but I wasn't
sure
the system was used, so writing here, too.

The attached mps file crashes a fairly recent trunk cbc with an assertion
about the number of columns in the model and some other structure not
matching up.
