 As of 4/18/2013, this problem is found in the http://www.coin-
 or.org/download/source/Cbc/Cbc-2.8.0.zip file.

 To correct it, the user will have to manually add

 ..\..\..\..\Cgl\src\CglRedSplit2
 ..\..\..\..\Cgl\src\CglGMI

 into the "additional include directories" for libCbcSolver project.
