 Need to add in Cbc/stable/2.7/Cbc/src/CbcEventHandler.cpp

 #include <stddef.h>

 to compile Couenne/trunk with gcc version 4.6.0 20110509 (Red Hat 4.6.0-7)
 on Fedora 15. Otherwise ptrdiff_t is not defined.
