Comment:

 There is now a debug DLL build for cbc trunk under VS2008. You can convert
 it for a release build, and to generate an assembly, if you're so
 inclined. Over the next while we'll be extending this as part of the
 (coming soon) MSFLinks project (links to Microsoft Solver Foundation).
 Meanwhile, I'm going to close this ticket.
