 When trying to solve mod011 with stable/2.2. I systematicaly get this
 failed assertion at the end of optimization

 cbc: ../../../sources-2.2/Cbc/src/CbcSolver.cpp:7897: int CbcMain1(int,
 const char**, CbcModel&, int (*)(CbcModel*, int)): Assertion
 `n==originalSolver->getNumCols()' failed.
