 I had downloaded “Cbc-1.1.0.zip” at 1-Mar-2007. Then I had compiled
 projects by  MS Visual Studio v7.
 “cbcSolve.exe” returns -35 for problem “LifeGameCp.mat” (see attached
 file);
 “cbc.exe” returns -36… Real optimum is -36
