When the ClpPresolve is trying to solve a problem with no constraints, it
crashed when it tried to copy the solution across in
CoinPresolveMatrix::CoinPresolveMatrix:

If I read the problem from an LP file, it can solve it normally but if I
build the problem on runtime, it crashed.
