[Bonmin] questions about installing bonmin

Dear Bonmin users,

I am working in a Windows Server 2008 64-bit environment and am planning to
install Bonmin and use Microsoft Visual Studio as an interface.

I have a few questions:

1- Is there any compatible version of Bonmin with my current working
environment?

2- Can I work with Visual Studio?

3- Do I have to install the third party codes before Bonmin?
