[Bonmin] Segfault using Bonmin as a library

Hi folks,

I'm using bonmin as a library in my own tool, which promptly segfaults.
The reason is that eval_grad_f is being called with x == NULL. Is this
caused by an error on my end?

I'm using version 1.8.6.
