[Bonmin] Segmentation fault in Scilab implementation of Bonmin when run on Ubuntu 16.10

Dear all,

We are implementing optimization toolbox in Scilab. These two repos(1
<https://github.com/FOSSEE/FOSSEE-Optimization-toolbox> for continuous
optimization and 2
<https://github.com/FOSSEE/FOSSEE-Optim-toolbox-development> for discrete
optimization) are the links to the toolbox. We have been getting
segmentation fault when passing options to bonmin when run in Ubuntu 16.10
in  case of discrete optimization toolbox.
Ipopt gives the same error when passing cpu_time in case of continuous
optimization. Commenting them out and running on default runs smoothly.
I just wanted to know if someone else has faced such a problem and how they
solved it.
