[Bonmin] Issue installing Bonmin on OS X - executables not generated

Building the AMPL executable is optional and requires a separate library,
if your problems aren't in .nl format and you aren't using AMPL then the
bonmin library alone is enough to use.

If I may, perhaps it would be helpful to add a warning at the end of the
configuration to let the user know that the executables will not be
generated. The fact that every process (configuration, make, installation)
works smoothly does not make think you forgot to install something.
