[Bonmin] Restoration failed in Bonmin/GAMS

Hi,

"restoration failed" usually has nothing to do with memory limitations.
It is something that can happen in Ipopt for models that don't fulfill 
certain constraint qualifications. You might want to check your model 
whether it contains redundant constraints, for example.
