[Bonmin] Derivative checker in Bonmin

Hi,

you can set Ipopt options among the Bonmin options, so that way you 
should be able to enable the derivative tester.

Thus, for your BonminSetup object, you could do something like
bonmin_setup->options()->SetStringValue("derivative_test", 
"second-order", true, true);
