[Bonmin] Used Options for .nl file

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know the options the Bonmin uses when we run it on a .nl file?

I'm solving a problem that when I run from .nl file runs very fast yet when
I simulate the code from C++ and run the same problem, its much slower!

I figured that its an options thing, but can't simulate the same options
that were used on the .nl file...

Any idea?
