[Bonmin] Probem: running bonmin with ampl file

Hi;

I installed 'bonmin v1.0.1' by using cygwin and it is in PATHvariable.
I have problem when i run it with ampl example 'toy.mod'.

error message: $ bonmin toy.mod
bonmin: can't open toy.mod.nl
