[Bonmin] Read .gms file

Hi,
to run Bonmin on GAMS models, you need GAMS.
The binary that comes with Bonmin can read compiled AMPL models (.nl
files) only.
The easiest is if you just download GAMS from www.gams.com, it already
includes Bonmin. For models with more than 300 variables/constraints you
would need a GAMS license.
If you have only one or two models, consider the NEOS online server,
