[Bonmin] Problem with Bonmin-0.99.2-mac-osx-ix86-gcc4.0.1

Hi Andre,
I think that you just need to set DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH to the directory of the
libraries (rather than LIBPATH).
Also, if you use a binary version, I would recommend that you use the
version of Bonmin in binaries/CoinAll. It is much more recent.
