[Bonmin] Run CppExemple with Bonmin

Hello,

I am just starting to work with Bonmin using C++ and i want run the 
CppExample composed by (Makefile.in, MyBonmin.cpp, Mybonmin.opt , 
MyTMINLP.cpp and MyTMINLP.hpp) but i don't known how to proceed.
