[Bonmin] long run time

Hello,
I have written a non-convex MINLP model in AMPL and solved using
BONMIN. The computing
time is very long (up to 6 hours). since I need to run many instances
of this model, I was wondering if there is any technique to reduce the
solution time.
Will a Benders Decomposition method help in this case?
