[Bonmin] disallow clobbering warning

Hi, 

I have just installed Bonmin following the install instruction. But when I try the command make test, I find many WARNINGs saying that tried to set option failed because the previous value is set to disallow clobbering. It seems that something prevent me from changing the parameter and settings of the solver. Could you tell me what the problem is? And what should I do to make my setting work?
