[Bonmin] filtersqp build issue

hello everyone,

I was trying to build the latest bonmin release (1.3.1) with FilterSQP. There
seems to be an extra comma in the end of line 73 of
src/Interfaces/Filter/BonFilterSolver.hpp such that I get an error while
compiling. Deleting that comma seems to fix the problem. Problem exists in
stable version as well but not in trunk.
