[Bonmin] HSL MA27 and MC19 codes

Hi,

As you know Bonmin requires the use of a third-party linear solver.
Two routines are recommended from the Harwell Subroutine Library (HSL).
These are MA27 for the linear solver and MC19 for the linear pre-conditioner.
However, these routines have now been superceded by MA57 and MC29, respectively.

Does anyone know if Bonmin can be compiled with the updated HSL routines, and if so, with
which version?
