[Bonmin] A couple of compilation questions

Hi all
I've built Bonmin 1.3.2 on FC 9 Linux today.
1- I see that the build/bin folder contains only two binaries: cbc and clp.
No bonmin executable. Did I do something wrong?
2- I can not invoke cbc with a -AMPL command line parameter. Did I forget to
include a parameter to use with ./configure?
