[Bonmin] does cpu time limit change the result?

I came across Bonmin ticket #21(https://projects.coin-or.org/Bonmin/ticket/21)
It seems I am just finding the same problem. The ticked should already be
fixed:

"I fixed the issue for strong branching. For the other case (if the
time limit exceeds during an Ipopt call) it is harder to do (Cbc will
not recognize if internal solver has reached a time limit). Anyway
don't think it is really a trouble and won't fix."


I wonder if my case (B-BB) is covered by this fix.
