[Bonmin] stopping Bonmin

Yes, it helps, thank you again!

Anyway even if Now I can stop it the time I put in the option file is
related strictly to Ipopt cputime so
I guess it does not include Bonmin own cputime so it has nothing to do
to the overall process cputime.
But some experience will help me in using it.
