[Bonmin] Set some ipopt parameters of bonmin

You just set them in bonmin.opt.
For example, when you write
print_level 5
in bonmin.opt, then this will affect the Ipopt component of Bonmin.
All parameters specific to Bonmin are prefixed with "bonmin.".

Only those that are mentioned in the Bonmin docu, I would think.
