[Bonmin] boncouenne and nonconvex constraints

Dear François,

which version of Bonmin did you download? Can you confirm you have downloaded the trunk/ version and not the stable/0.1 version of Bonmin? BonCouenne is in the trunk/ version, as it is an experimental project.
