[Bonmin] development of Couenne branches/directories of Bonmin to be discontinued

Dear Bonmin users,

this email is for those of you who use the Couenne subdirectories of  
Bonmin. Although Couenne was initially developed within the Bonmin  
project, and previous versions of Couenne are still available in the  
Bonmin repository, development and maintenance of those versions will  
be discontinued, as now Couenne is an independent project:

Thanks to Pierre Bonami and to the Bonmin team for giving me  
developing space and for making the transition to the Couenne project  
so smooth.
