[Bonmin] bonmin and ampl external function

Hi again, Roy,

There is one more experiment you can do:

When you compiled bonmin, you also obtained the 'ipopt' executable (which 
solves only NLPs, not MINLPs, but is used inside Bonmin solve the NLPs).

Could you please try if it works when you select the 'ipopt' solver in 
ampl instead of 'bonmin'?  (This will not solve the MINLP, only the NLP 
relaxation, but at least we can see what happens).

Also, in case you submit a ticket, please describe what happens when it 
doesn't work (e.g., is there output, or a segmentation fault).
