[Bonmin] bonmin and ampl external function

Hi Roy,

I think the bonmin executable that you obtain should already work with 
AMPL's user defined external functions (maybe not under Cygwin...?).

but you probably know about that already.  Have you been able to user your 
external function from the AMPL interpreter?  If so, did you try to just 
run bonmin on such an example?
