[Bonmin] No more optimal solutions?

Hi again,

Thanks Pierre, the newly commited revision is compiling properly. Now I'm if
mayor changes were made from revision 443, because I had a small example
that did a lagrangean decomposition of a small minlp that worked, and now
its not...

Any ideas why this is happening?
