[Bonmin] Changes in the svn repository

Dear all,
There have been a few changes in the svn repository which may affect some
users.

Most people who use svn should now obtain the stable version from the
stable branch of the svn repository. The current stable version is 0.1.

For people who don't use svn, a released version has been created which can
be obtained as a tarball. The current the released version is 0.1.1.

The trunk which formerly contained the stable branch should become the
development version in some near future (about a week).

Detailed updated instructions for downloading Bonmin can be found on the
wiki at:
projects-coin-or.org/Bonmin

I will try to announce every new version number change in the stable branch
here.
