[Bonmin] Names file does not exist

Hi Rodriguo,
This is actually not Ampl but a misleading error message from Bonmin.
What happens is that for some reason a continuous NLP could not be solved.
In that case, before aborting Bonmin tries to write files describing the
particular problem which failed to solve (it writes files describing the
change which have been made to the initial model).

The message you get is a warning from the procedure which tries to write
those files.
To make the output more clear, I removed the call to this procedure when
Bonmin is not compiled with the debug flags.

Thanks a lot for pointing out this.

Cheers,
Pierre
