 Hallo,

 i am trying to install bonmin (0.1.4) on my computer. I am using cygwin on
 my PC with Windows XP.
 After the command "make install" i have "bonmin.exe" in the directory
 /home/stefan/bonmin-0.1.4/build/bin.
 But if i try to run it, i get the error message "cygblas.dll not found".
 I have found cygblas.dll in the directory /lib/lapack.
 Do you have any suggestions what i can do?
