[AIMMSlinks] IPOPT and CBC added to AIMMS 3.11 installation

Hi,
 
IPOPT and CBC (including help files) have been added to the installation
of AIMMS 3.11 Production Release, which has been released earlier today.
They are also included in the Linux 32 and 64 bits versions of AIMMS.
The solver versions currently included are IPOPT 3.9 and CBC 2.6.
 
Several options in the AIMMS-IPOPT interface have been renamed to make
the option names shorter.
