[AIMMSlinks] AIMMSlinks with AIMMS 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, or higher

Hi John,
 
The links to CBC and IPOPT at COIN-OR can only be used by AIMMS 3.10 and
higher. Did you try AIMMS 3.10?

I am trying to use AIMMSlinks but Paragon currently only allows AIMMS
3.7.110 and high to be downloaded, and all these versions state that the
libAimmsCbc.dll was made for a different version of AIMMS. Is there a
way around this?
