[ADOL-C] Support for higher derivatives in traceless mode

Hi,

the calculation of higher order derivatives using the traceless mode
is supported. You find a corresponding example illustrating the use
in the directory examples. Check

traceless_higher_order.cpp

It seems that this functionality is unfortunately not covered
in the documentation.
