[ADOL-C] ADOL-C error: while reading values tape!

This means ADOL-C_Values_1.tap file is required and is missing. Could
you describe the structure of the program, where you're calling the
ADOL-C routines, where are the adouble variables and how the iteration
is proceeding? Either that or send some sample code, which shows this
error. It is very difficult to diagnose the cause of the error without
the actual code, I'm afraid.
