[ADOL-C] ADOL-C 2.5.0 fails to build with gcc-4.2 on OSX

Apologies for the multiple messages. The idea is to upgrade the Homebrew
formula for ADOL-C on OSX (http://brew.sh).

I configure using

CC=gcc-4.2 CXX=g++-4.2 ./configure --enable-sparse
--with-colpack=/usr/local/Cellar/colpack/1.0.9


but "make" produces

../../ADOL-C/include/adolc/adouble.h:248: error: ‘adub::adub(const adub&)’
is private
