[ADOL-C] Work-around for building ADOL-C on Fedora

The build of ADOL-C 2.2.1 went smoothly on

Linux 2.6.42.9-2.fc15.i686.PAE #1 SMP Mon Mar 5 21:03:10 UTC 2012 i686 
i686 i386 GNU/Linux

except for building the libraries. The work-around is:

In the "build" directory:
 > mv doltlibtool doltlibtool_orig
 > ln -s /usr/bin/libtool doltlibtool

This has the effect of using the system libtool, instead of the provided 
doltlibtool
