That's really funny.
I tried on a newly installed Debian 6 (under VirtualBox) compiling
IPOPT 3.10.2, ADOL-C (today SVN) and ColPack 1.0.6 from fresh source
and still I have the segfault when using sparce drivers in ADOL-C...

I compiled them with the following options
IPOPT
./get.{ASL|Blas|Lapack|Metis|Mumps}
../configure  --prefix=/usr --enable-debug
ColPack
 ./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-examples
ADOL-C
./configure --enable-sparse --enable-docexa --enable-addexa
--enable-debug --prefix=/usr
