[ADOL-C] Is adol-c thread-safe?

Dear all,

I would like to use adol-c to evaluate two different functions at the "same" time by creating two separate threads each calling adol-c. Is this possible? In other words: is adol-c thread-safe?

Any help/hints on this would be appreciated.
