[ADOL-C] Thread safety

Hello!

How hard would it be to make adolc thread safe?

I am not taking about using openmp to speed-up the evalution of a single
tape (which Adol-C is already able to) but rather having several tapes being
evaluated simultaneously by several threads.

Functions like openTape(), markNewTape() and releaseTape() are not thread
safe.
