[ADOL-C] Implementing parallel

Hi,

   Does the parallel runtime feature work now ? I am using the sparse
drivers to compute gradients and hessian for IPOPT optimization. The sparse
calculations take a good bunch of time for my problems. So was wondering if
I can use the parallel implementation to speed up.
