[ADOL-C] ipopt interface

it is available in the current trunk version of ADOL-C, i.e. using

svn co https://projects.coin-or.org/svn/ADOL-C/trunk

and will make it soon in the official stable release. The interface  
itself is stable but some minor other changes concerning other topics  
have to done for the next point release. I tested the interface with  
some academic example
without and with the automatic exploitation of sparsity.
