[ADOL-C] Building ADOL-C in 64-bit Windows

Hi,

Thank you Chuck and Andrea! I will try Chuck's 64-bit pre-built 2.1.5
version. For the moment that can be enough, but for the mid-term I would
appreciate very much the complete Windows version. So again, thank you for
your rapid answers.
