[ADOL-C] Getting asinh() etc from std::tr1

Hi,

finally I made it: Now the functions asinh(), acosh(), atanh() and erf()
via available

#include <tr1/cmath>

can be used if the g++ compiler is employed for the compilation.
This new version is now available with

svn co https://projects.coin-or.org/svn/ADOL-C/trunk

or soon as tgz file.
