 Currently the libSymphony project file
 (SYMPHONY\MSVisualStudio\v8\libSymphony.vcproj) does not have references
 to source files in SYMPHONY\src\Preprocessor.  This results in
 unreferenced symbol errors when the overall Symphony project is built.

 libSymphony\Source Files
 Add Filter -> Preprocessor
 Add files
     src\Preprocessor\preprocessor.c
     src\Preprocessor\preprocessor_basic.c

 Note:  I do not know if src\Preprocessor\preprocessor_func.c should be
 added as well.
